San Francisco is Top City in Country in Luxury Sales Sold Over Asking $

On average in 2015, San Francisco homes priced between $1 million and $5 million dollars sold 7 percent over asking, the highest average-list-price to average-sales-price ratio in the nation. San Jose came in second in the category, with homes in that price range selling for 3 percent over asking.

    But, think about this, what if you were to create a awesome
    title? I mean, I don’t wish to tell you how to run your blog, however suppose you added a post title to possibly get
    people’s attention? I mean Luxury Home Sales | Scott Whelan is kinda boring.

    You might look at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create post headlines to get people interested.
    You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab people interested
    about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
